Step-by-Step Tutorial: Placing an Order on UEAT
✅ Step 1: Open the Ordering Page
- Open the link for you restaurant provided by UEAT in a web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.).
- The page should load the restaurant’s ordering interface in French.
- You can change the language to your preference.
- You’ll typically see:
- Restaurant name and branding at the top
- Order type selection (ex: À emporter, Livraison, or Sur place)
- A list of menu categories
✅ Step 2: Choose the Order Type
Depending on how UEAT is configured for this restaurant:
- Select Pickup (À emporter) or Delivery (Livraison) if prompted.
- If delivery is selected, you may need to:
- Enter a delivery address
- Confirm that the address is within the delivery zone
👉 If no choice appears, the order type may already be predefined.
✅ Step 3: Browse the Menu
- Scroll through the menu categories (e.g., Burgers, Pizzas, Combos, Drinks).
- Click on any item you want to order.
- Review the item details:
- Description
- Price
- Photo (if available)
✅ Step 4: Customize the Item (If Applicable)
When you select an item:
- Choose options or modifiers, such as:

- Click Commander maintenant or Confirmer la commande.
🎉 Your order is now placed!
✅ Step 10: Order Confirmation
After successful submission:
- You’ll see an order confirmation screen
- You should receive:
- A confirmation email

- The restaurant receives the order instantly
🔧 Common Troubleshooting Tips
- Menu not loading? Refresh the page or try another browser.
- Can’t proceed to checkout? Make sure all required options are selected.
