Current Menu Mapping Workflow

UEAT maps a menu from the POS to the online ordering platform using the following steps:

Step 1: Fetch Menu from POS

  • Trigger the synchronize API call to retrieve the latest menu data from the POS.

Step 2: Create Items in UEAT

  • Generate corresponding items in UEAT based on the POS menu structure.

Step 3: Map POS IDs

  • Associate each UEAT item with its POS Item ID in the UEAT Back Office for accurate linkage.

Step 4: Update Prices

  • Perform a new synchronization to ensure prices are updated and aligned with the POS.
